Telehealth sessions are available, but my primary preference is in-person work. Couples therapy is deeply relational, and being in the room together allows me to notice what’s happening beyond words—posture, tone, distance, and moments that often matter most.

Fee: $125 per 50-minute session
Extended sessions: 90-minute sessions are available for couples who want additional time to deepen the work and make more progress.

I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill upon request. Some clients choose to submit this to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on their plan.
